Yang Liu (刘阳)
Hong Kong Baptist University
Yang Liu is currently a postdoctoral researcher at Hong Kong Baptist University, specialising in spatial multi-omics data integration, an exciting interdisciplinary field. He holds a PhD in Bayesian Network structure learning from Queen Mary University of London, where his research focused on Bayesian network structure learning under noisy data conditions. His work involves developing decomposable representation learning algorithms to enhance the visualisation and annotation of spatial multi-omics data. Yang is dedicated to collaborating with peers and contributing to innovative methodologies that address complex challenges in data integration, ultimately aiming to advance our understanding of biological systems through improved data analysis techniques.
