My research interests are centered on the application of advanced deep learning methodologies to address complex scientific challenges, particularly at the intersection of AI and biomedicine. I am deeply engaged in leveraging graph machine learning to model intricate biological systems and relationships, such as molecular structures, which is crucial for modern bioinformatics. Furthermore, I explore the capabilities of large language models to not only analyze vast scientific literature but also to generate novel hypotheses and accelerate the discovery process. My primary focus is on applying these cutting-edge AI techniques to drug discovery, aiming to create more efficient and effective pipelines for developing new therapeutics.
