Qixiang Ma (马麒翔)

Qixiang Ma earned his PhD of image, signal, vision from Université de Rennes, France, in 2024 and his master’s degree from Southeast University, Nanjing, China, in 2020. In 2024, he served as a postdoctoral fellow at Université de Rennes. Currently, he is a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Surgery at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). His research primarily focuses on deep learning based medical image processing, with a particular emphasis on the analysis of endoscopic ultrasound videos for detection tasks, foundation-model-based surgical video processing, as well as the study of aortic structures in CT and MRI imaging.
