Ling Kong is currently an assistant research professor at Chinese Academy of Sciences. Prior to this appointment, she served as an associate professor at the Guangzhou Regenerative Medicine & Health – Guangdong Laboratory for five years. To broaden her research interests in the biomedical sciences, Ling joined Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) as a postdoctoral fellow in 2016. She began her postdoctoral training at CUHK immediately after obtaining her PhD in biology from CUHK in 2014.
