Kelvin Yan

Kelvin Yan trained as a clinical oncologist in the UK, having worked in London, Oxford, Cambridge, Boston, Paderborn, and Hong Kong. He has been an NIHR Fellow at Oxford and remains on the honorary faculty at Imperial College London. His interests include novel therapeutic and drug development, as well as radiotherapy. Currently, Kelvin focuses on uro-oncology and early-phase clinical trials. He aims to learn more about AI and its applications in clinical care and research, particularly in leveraging its potential to analyze big data for streamlining processes, improving triage, and enhancing efficiency across clinical trial platforms. Additionally, he is interested in how AI can assist in the preclinical phase of drug discovery.
