Jing Chen is a passionate researcher in health services research with over a decade of experience in economic evaluations, clinical studies, and policy-oriented research. She obtained her PhD from the University of Hong Kong (HKU) and has worked across academia, the Food and Health Bureau of the HKSAR Government, and the healthcare industry before joining the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). At CUHK, she leads research on the development and evaluation of innovative healthcare service models in both Hong Kong and mainland China. Her current work includes decentralised HBV management in primary care, AI-assisted service delivery for older adults, and robot-assisted chronic disease assessment systems. By combining advanced simulation modelling with real-world data, Jing provides evidence-based solutions for scalable, patient-centered health service improvements
