James Ling
Chinese University of Hong Kong
James Ling is a postdoctoral fellow at the Department of Medicine and Therapeutics at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He obtained his PhD in Medical Science of CUHK, specialising in management of chronic disease with technology. He has contributed to the management of people with diabetes and chronic kidney disease with assistant from latest technology. His work has been published in Med, diabetes care, and Diabetes Technology & Therapeutics. He is currently engaged in management of young onset diabetes and type-1 diabetes, aiming to improve the glycaemic control and reduce hospitalisation rate. His research interest is to lower the burden on management of chronic disease for both patients and caregiver with the assistant of technology and wearables.
