Feng Pan is a PhD candidate in the Department of Computer Science at Hong Kong Baptist University, supervised by Professor Pong C. Yuen. His research interests lie at the intersection of artificial intelligence, drug discovery, and computational biology. He focuses on developing advanced machine learning and agent-based approaches to model biomolecular interactions, improve molecular generation, and enable mechanism-aware therapeutic design. His work integrates deep learning architectures, large language models, and embodied intelligence to address challenges in data efficiency, interpretability, and cross-domain generalization. Beyond methodological innovation, he is committed to building practical AI systems that bridge scientific knowledge with real-world biomedical applications.
