Xiaoyun Huang is a research assistant professor at the JC School of Public Health and Primary Care at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, with a distinctive interdisciplinary background that unites clinical medicine, computer science, and systems biology. Holding dual bachelor’s degrees in Clinical Medicine and Computer Science, alongside a Master of Medicine in Oncology and a PhD in Systems Biology, Xiaoyun works at the forefront of intelligent medicine—where advanced computational approaches meet real-world clinical challenges. This unique training empowers Xiaoyun to view human health as a dynamic, interconnected system and to develop strategies that bridge molecular insights with patient outcomes. Driven by a vision to transform how we diagnose and treat complex diseases, he focuses on building next-generation models of human health through artificial intelligence-powered systems medicine.
