Currently working at SLS, CUHK as a Technician; mainly focus on the application and maintainance of cryoEM and cryoFIB-SEM as well as cryo-CLEM; for our cryoEM, both single particle analysis and cryoET have been performed with samples varying from proteins, cells and tissues; cryo samples can be prepared either by plunge freezing or by high pressure freezing depending on their sizes; the equipped volta phase plate can enhance the contrast especially for cryo-ET; lamella can be freshly prepared on our cryo FIB-SEM, with region of interest localized from a fluorescent cryo-LM; image collection of large volume sample can also be fulfilled under room temperature with FIB-SEM.
