Laura Fang

Luara Fang earned a PhD in Chemistry from Hong Kong Baptist University. Her research focuses on mass spectrometry-based method development - including gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) - and its application in clinical trials. She previously contributed to a trial establishing a hospital-based birth cohort, investigating links between prenatal exposure, birth outcomes, and foetal and childhood growth through exposomics, metabolomics, and epidemiological statistics. She now works as a technician in the School of Life Sciences at Chinese University of Hong Kong, overseeing undergraduate laboratory teaching and equipment maintenance.
