Faye Tsang (曾淑瑩)

Faye Tsang obtained her PhD from Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) before undertaking postdoctoral training at Johns Hopkins University and University of California, Davis. She is currently a Professor at CUHK and an investigator at the State Key Laboratory of Agrobiotechnology, the Ministry of Education Key Laboratory for Regenerative Medicine, and the Institute for Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine (ITERM). Her research focuses on stem cell biology, ion channels, cardiovascular physiology, and the function and maturation of pluripotent stem cell-derived cardiomyocytes. She serves on the editorial boards of several journals in these fields and has authored over 80 full-length publications in SCI-indexed journals.
