I studied to specialize in species discovery within bacterial microbiology and conduct extensive research on viruses, specifically focusing on influenza, avian flu, and COVID-19. My work involves identifying new bacterial species and understanding viral mechanisms, which contributes to advancements in public health and disease prevention. I am passionate about uncovering the complexities of microbial interactions and their implications for human health. Additionally, I collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to explore innovative solutions to combat infectious diseases. Through my research, I aim to enhance our understanding of emerging viral threats and contribute to effective strategies for managing and mitigating their impact on society.
