I am a Master's student in Microbiology at Sun Yat-sen University's School of Medicine, with a Bachelor's in Biotechnology from Sichuan Agricultural University. My academic focus is on the interactions between hosts and pathogens, and microbial ecosystem evolution. I have a strong interest in studying microbial communities across different environments, utilising my skills in computer science and mathematical modelling to delve into metagenomics and metatranscriptomics. This interdisciplinary approach aids in understanding microbial ecology and its implications for health.
