A PhD student focusing on the epidemiology of zoonotic viruses and the corresponding pathogenic mechanism. She hopes to study the factors that contribute to the virus evolution, and investigate the possible linkage between this with their ability to infect human and cause diseases. Hoping their study could finally provide scientific reference to pandemic control.
