Long Ching is currently an MPhil student at the University of Hong Kong (HKU), where her academic research deeply explores the fields of epidemiology and virology. Her primary investigative focus centres on zoonotic viruses, analysing pathogen transmission from animal populations to humans (host–virus interaction), evaluating risk factors, and contributing to crucial global public health insights.
