Mark Jit is a professor of vaccine epidemiology, head of the Department of Infectious Disease Epidemiology and Dynamics, and co-director of the Global Health Economics Centre at LSHTM. He also holds honorary professorships at the School of Public Health, University of Hong Kong, and the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, National University of Singapore. He worked for many years at Public Health England (as well as its predecessor, the Health Protection Agency).
