Ziru Deng is a PhD candidate at the School of Public Health, University of Hong Kong. Her academic background is in Sociology and Social Medicine. Ziru's research interest focuses on vaccine confidence and antimicrobial resistance, with a particular emphasis on qualitative research approaches, policy analysis, and health service research. Ziru has rich training and expertise in conducting fieldwork and in-depth interviews with diverse populations in mainland China and Hong Kong.
