HKU
As a PhD student at the University of Hong Kong's School of Public Health (HKU SPH), my research focuses on disease natural history modeling and cost-effectiveness analysis. This interdisciplinary field combines epidemiology, health economics, and computational modeling to better understand the progression and impacts of various health conditions. Through my doctoral studies, I am exploring advanced techniques to model the natural history of diseases - that is, the typical course and development of a disease over time without intervention. By capturing the underlying biological and social drivers of disease progression, these models can provide valuable insights to inform public health decision-making.
