Lucy Liu pursued her undergraduate degree in Preventive Medicine at China Medical University from 2018 to 2023, earning two National Scholarships and the Provincial Outstanding Graduate award. In September 2023, she began her PhD at Peking Union Medical College, focusing on vaccine hesitancy and vaccination interventions for influenza and HPV vaccines. Yuxi's current research includes a cross-sectional study on site preferences for adult vaccination facilities, an HPV vaccination awareness study among middle school parents using instantaneous interventions in collaboration with the Beijing CDC, and an analysis of factors influencing influenza vaccination among the elderly using discrete choice experiments in collaboration with the Guizhou CDC. She published four articles as first or co-author during her undergraduate studies, and have submitted two more as a postgraduate student.
