Lohsshini Sethu Pathy

Lohsshini Sethu Pathy is a recent graduate of Cornell University (BSc), majoring in Global and Public Health Sciences with minors in Infectious Diseases and English. During her undergraduate studies, she primarily focused on infectious disease epidemiology through her research into the syndromic surveillance of COVID-19. She is passionate about translating empirical evidence into action for communities, an interest she honed while working for the vaccine literacy campaign. There, she focused on designing data tools for vulnerable and vaccine-hesitant communities in NYC. Combining her expertise in public health, written communication, and data science, she has worked as a research assistant at D24H for the past six months, collaborating on a portfolio of projects spanning vaccine confidence and digital health technology.
