His career spans impactful roles with organisations such as the Africa Centres for Disease Control and Prevention and Resolve to Save Lives, where he led initiatives in community health systems strengthening, NCD management, and programme coordination. Victor's proficiency extends to stakeholder coordination, technical guidance, and advocacy, underpinning his commitment to advancing public health agendas at regional and global levels.
