Yuxi Hu (胡予曦)
Fudan University
Yuxi Hu, 23, is a postgraduate student at Fudan University, affiliated with the Research Institute of Intelligent Complex Systems. She holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and applied mathematics from Tongji University. Her research focuses on modelling complex networks for public health vaccine decision-making, where she integrates large language models to analyse public sentiment on social media and employs agent-based modelling to simulate population behaviour and decision dynamics. She has received multiple scholarships and academic honours for her rigorous and collaborative approach.
Noting that the course theme aligns closely with her work—particularly in dynamically monitoring vaccine hesitancy and addressing trust crises—she is looking forward to deepening her methodological expertise, collaborating with peers from diverse backgrounds, and contributing perspectives and thoughts from mainland China.
