Yuming Liu
Peking University School of Public Health
Yuming Liu is a second-year PhD candidate in Global Health at Peking University. Her research focuses on vaccine communication, vaccine confidence, and decision-making, particularly among children with special healthcare needs and their caregivers. Her current PhD project involves the development, validation, and implementation of a personalised vaccine education and decision support system designed to address information gaps, reduce uncertainty, and support informed vaccination decisions. More broadly, she is interested in how behavioural science, health communication, and health policy can be applied to improve vaccine uptake, strengthen trust in immunisation services, and promote more equitable access to vaccination for vulnerable populations.
