Adan Amer is a first-year student in the PhD Epidemiology program at the Dalla Lana School of Public Health (University of Toronto). Prior to that, she completed an MPH in Epidemiology at the same school, with a particular focus on environmental epidemiology and healthcare artificial intelligence. Her doctoral work focuses on antimicrobial resistance surveillance among vulnerable populations, such as those in Long-Term Care settings.
