Dr Iris Tang joined the Department of Medicine, School of Clinical Medicine in January 2023 as a clinical assistant professor of practice. She received her medical degree from the University of Hong Kong in 2014 and completed her rheumatology training in 2021. Iris has special research interests in inflammatory arthritis and connective tissue diseases and their complications, including osteoporosis and interstitial lung diseases. She is also dedicated to promoting multidisciplinary collaboration in the field of rheumatology and is currently the convenor of the scientific subcommittee at the Hong Kong Arthritis and Rheumatism Foundation.
