Apinya Chungcharoenpanich is an allergist and clinical immunologist at the Faculty of Medicine, Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, Thailand. Her clinical and research work focuses on drug hypersensitivity and desensitisation, particularly to chemotherapeutic and biologic agents. She leads a multidisciplinary fast-track desensitisation service at Ramathibodi Hospital and contributes to national guideline development with the Allergy, Asthma and Immunology Association of Thailand. She is keen to deepen her understanding of translational immunology to better connect mechanistic insights with bedside care for patients with hypersensitivity reactions.
