Liang Shen is a third-year PhD student in the Department of Chemical Engineering at Tsinghua University, under the supervision of Professor Qiang Zhang. His research focuses on next-generation battery technologies, specifically lithium-rich cathode materials and halide solid electrolytes for all-solid-state batteries. He has published several research articles in journals such as Chem, Advanced Functional Materials, and Small Structures. Outside the lab, he is a music lover and enjoy singing. He looks forward to gaining a deeper understanding of synchrotron radiation techniques and their applications during this summer course. And more importantly, he hopes to meet like-minded research partners and build friendships.
