Professor Jinfang Zhang

Professor Zhang is a research assistant professor of the Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology of the Chinese University of Hong Kong. After graduated with Ph. D degree from Tsinghua University, she was awarded the Postdoctoral Fellowships to further study and training in faculty of medicine at the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2010-2012. And she joined The Chinese University of Hong Kong as a research assistant professor since 2012.

Zhang’s research focus on the noncoding RNA and traditional Chinese medicine mediated stem cell differentiation such as osteoblast, cartilage, tendon, etc and related therapeutics. Zhang has published over 40 publications in peer-reviewed international journals. He serves on the editorial boards and reviewer of a number of international professional journals.
