Xin He
Lecturer, Department of Orthopaedics & Traumatology, Chinese University of Hong Kong

Xin He is a part-time lecturer in the Department of Orthopaedics & Traumatology at the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) and Doctor of Physiotherapy student at the University of Sydney. From 2021 to 2023, she served as a postdoctoral fellow and led the Sport Injury Research Lab. She is a registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner in Hong Kong. She joined the CUHK sports medicine team in 2017. In 2021, she completed her PhD in Orthopaedics & Traumatology, focusing on muscle recovery and dynamic knee stability following Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) reconstruction. Her current research interests include knee biomechanics post-ACL injury, and ACL injury prevention.
