Wenqi Ran is a graduate student at the Graduate Education School of Shandong Sport University, supervised by Professor Qipeng Song. Research interests include chronic ankle instability and neuromuscular control. In 2025, Ran attended the World Congress on Kinesiology & Sport Science and gave a presentation titled "Lower extremity joint kinematics of Individuals with Chronic Ankle Instability When Facing an Inversion Perturbation during Walking." A study on gait variability in CAI patients was also included in the 14th China Sport Science Convention. Currently, Ran leads a "Key Project" (2025) funded by the Graduate Education School, focusing on sports medicine and rehabilitation.
