Sports Rehabilitation Therapist and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) Ting received her BSc in Rehabilitation Therapy and MSc in Musculoskeletal Sports Science and Health. She developed her career at the intersection of sports rehabilitation and performance training, working with musculoskeletal patients, armed forces, national teams and elite athletes at both national and international levels. She has delivered lectures and provided clinical mentorship across major tertiary hospitals, military and rehabilitation institutions, and competitive sports teams, advancing professional education and standardised practice in sports rehabilitation. Her current focus extends to comprehensive health management, promoting person-centred, technology-enabled care. She is committed to strengthening professional development pathways, elevating rehabilitation standards, and delivering high-quality, compassionate care to each patient.
