Jiaoyang Zhong is a PhD student at Shanghai University of Sport majoring in Physical Education and Training, with research interests in swimming biomechanics and strength and conditioning. A former national-level swimmer in China, she was achieved top-eight finishes in national swimming and triathlon competitions. Building on both athletic and academic experience, her master's research focuses on the relationship between trunk strength, movement mechanics, and performance in competitive swimming, aiming to translate scientific findings into practical training strategies for athletes and coaches.
