Hezhi Wang is a researcher in sport and exercise science with an interdisciplinary background in physical education and finance. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Physical Education from South China Normal University, with a minor in Finance. His research focuses on biomechanics, motor learning, and healthy aging, with particular interests in gait analysis, fall prevention, aquatic exercise interventions, and movement assessment using wearable and video-based technologies. He has experience in SPSS, Python, and motion analysis software, and has published research on physical activity and psychological outcomes in adolescents. His current work emphasises evidence-based exercise strategies to improve functional performance and reduce fall risk in older adults.
