Shuoyang Xiao is currently pursuing a master of science in physics at Beijing Normal University. Shuoyang’s master’s research focuses on applying artificial neural networks to remove resolution functions from small-angle neutron scattering spectra. He has been admitted to City University of Hong Kong as a PhD student. For his PhD, Shuoyang plans to explore advanced neutron scattering techniques to investigate protein structure and dynamics.
