Yi Ding (丁逸)
Southwest Jiaotong University
Yi earned a BS degree from Southwest Jiaotong University (SWJTU), Chengdu, China, in 2021, where he is currently pursuing a PhD under Professor Xiaohu Tang and Professor Xuan He. In 2023, he was a visiting student at the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), supervised by Professor Kui Cai. His research focuses on coding techniques for DNA-based data storage. Yi has published work on channel modelling and decoding schemes for DNA storage systems and has contributed to a proposed DNA-based storage architecture with efficient channel coding, with his recent paper posted on arXiv.
