Tianci is a PhD student in Information and Communication Engineering at Chongqing University, where he also earned his BS in Communication Engineering in 2022. His research focuses on theoretical analysis, system optimisation, and transmission scheduling in areas such as information theory, age of information, finite blocklength, URLLC, wireless communications, IoT, and vehicular networks. Tianci has published nine journal papers, including seven as the first author, in leading IEEE journals. He is also a reviewer for prominent IEEE publications and a recipient of the third prize in the "HUAWEI Cup" 21st China Post-Graduate Mathematical Contest in Modelling.
