Kuan Ta is a PhD student at the Institute of Communications Engineering, National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University. His research focuses on theoretical machine learning, particularly multi-armed bandits and reinforcement learning in non-stationary environments. He is also interested in applying information theory to adaptive algorithms. Actively engaged in academic activities, Kuan Ta has presented his work at local seminars and national conferences and is keen to expand his expertise through international collaboration and academic exchange.
