Jiaqi earned a bachelor’s degree in Communication Engineering from Shandong University and a master’s degree from the School of Information and Engineering at Southeast University. In 2025, he began his doctoral studies through a direct PhD programme. His research interests include restless bandits, reinforcement learning, and signal sampling, with a focus on advancing methodologies in these areas.
