Huiling earned a BS in Statistics from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen, in 2024 and is currently pursuing a PhD in the School of Science and Engineering at the same institution under the supervision of Professor Zitan Chen. His research focuses on coding theory and information theory, with a particular interest in advancing theoretical foundations and applications in these fields.
