Professor Leo currently heads the Institute of Infectious Diseases and Epidemiology (IIDE) of Tan Tock Seng Hospital. She holds a concurrent appointment as the Clinical Director of Communicable Disease Centre, Singapore. Professor Leo is an Infectious Diseases clinician with keen interest in Public Health.
