Yao Jia is a third-year PhD student at the School of Computer Science and Technology, Zhejiang University. Yao’s research focuses on developing encoding and decoding algorithms for brain-computer interfaces (BCIs), with an emphasis on improving the accuracy and efficiency of neural signal interpretation. By integrating computational neuroscience with machine and deep learning, Yao aims to address challenges in neural data processing and translation. Yao hopes to contribute to advances in human-computer interaction, assistive technologies, neurorehabilitation and neural engineering.
