Kaijie Li (李恺杰)
Peking University
I am Kaijie Li, a PhD student at Peking University researching the neural mechanisms underlying dynamic camouflage in cephalopods, especially cuttlefish. My work combines neuroethology, in vivo imaging, and large-scale electrophysiological recordings to explore how these animals process sensory input and generate complex motor outputs for camouflage. I am particularly interested in using feedforward computational models to understand the sensorimotor transformations that support rapid and context-dependent camouflage. I hope to enhance my computational skills to better analyze high-dimensional neural data for my future research.
