Junfeng Xia (夏俊锋)
Southern University of Science and Technology
I am a first-year master's student in biomedical engineering at Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech), working in Quanying Liu's Neural Computing and Control (NCC) Lab. With a computer science and technology background, my research focuses on using deep learning to decode information processing in the human brain. My research in computational neuroscience has led to publications including: co-first authorship on fMRI reconstruction via transfer learning (IJCAI HBAI 2024), second-author contributions to brain-inspired artificial synapse development (Advanced Materials 2025, IF=27.4), and third-author participation in brain network optimisation research (CAC 2024).I am particularly motivated to attend this summer school to expand my expertise in computational neuroscience through structured learning and interdisciplinary collaboration.
