Jegadishwar Ananda Natarajan is a recent graduate in molecular biology and biotechnology from HKU. As a research assistant at City University of Hong Kong, Jegadishwar applies machine learning, bioinformatics and bioreactor experiments to study biogas production and microbial community dynamics. His work draws on 16S rRNA analysis, graph databases, genomic data integration and molecular biology techniques. Jegadishwar is interested in the intersection of computational modelling and life sciences, and hopes to expand his expertise in neural systems through the Computational Neuroscience course.
