Yuanhao is a master’s student at the Southern University of Science and Technology in Shengwei Hou’s Computational Microbial Ecology and Evolution (CMEE) group. His research explores the spatiotemporal distribution, interactions, and metabolic pathways of marine microorganisms and viruses under environmental stressors like warming, hypoxia, and acidification. Proficient in bioinformatics, he has studied nutrient limiting factors in outer Daya Bay and contributed to research on the effects of ocean alkalinity enhancement on prokaryotic communities.
