College of Ocean and Earth Sciences, Xiamen University
Weicheng is a PhD student in marine biogeochemistry at the College of Ocean and Earth Sciences, Xiamen University. His research focuses on how marine N₂-fixing microorganisms, such as Trichodesmium, adapt to ocean acidification under nutrient limitation. Proficient in computational modelling, he integrates microbial physiology and biogeochemical theory to refine predictions of marine N₂ fixation in a changing ocean.
