Jingyuan Li (李静远)

Jingyuan is a PhD student at the Chinese Academy of Sciences, specialising in the ecology and biogeography of tintinnid ciliates, vital microzooplankton in marine food webs. Her research explores spatiotemporal patterns of tintinnid communities across diverse environments, from Antarctic waters to Chinese coastal bays. With experience from national research cruises, including the 40th Chinese Antarctic Expedition, Jingyuan focuses on microplankton dynamics in the South China Sea and Gulf of Alaska. She has published studies on tintinnid community structures and seasonal succession, aiming to deepen his analytical and interdisciplinary expertise.
