Tingshan Huang (黄婷珊)
South China Normal University
Tingshan Huang is a PhD candidate in biology at South China Normal University, advised by Professor Gao Caiji. Her research focuses on the molecular mechanisms of autophagy initiation and flux during plant stress responses. Utilizing an integrated approach combining genetic tools (such as CRISPR-Cas9), advanced live-cell imaging, and biochemical assays, Tingshan aims to decipher the signalling pathways that link stress perception to autophagic activation. Her ultimate goal is to elucidate fundamental principles of plant cellular resilience, with potential implications for developing stress-tolerant crops.
