Lap Yu Kung completed her undergraduate studies at Hong Kong Baptist University and is a graduate student in Professor Li Baiying's lab. Her research in plant cell biology focuses on COPII-mediated trafficking and how UFMylation regulates the secretory pathway. Lap Yu is passionate about integrating molecular approaches and advanced imaging to uncover mechanisms governing plant development and stress adaptation.
